How to Make a Privacy Complaint

What Happens Next

Upon receiving your complaint, we will:

  1. Acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 5 working days.

  2. Review the information provided and investigate the matter.

  3. Contact you if we require any additional information.

  4. Provide a written response as soon as possible and normally within 30 calendar days.

Where a complaint is particularly complex, we may require additional time to investigate. If this is the case, we will keep you informed of progress and explain any delay.
