Understanding Your Neurodivergent Brain

Supportive, practical workshops to help you understand how your brain works and find strategies that actually work for you.

These workshops are for you if:

🌈 You want to understand how your brain works (not just the label)

🌈 You struggle with things like starting tasks, staying focused, or following things through

🌈 You’ve tried strategies before but they haven’t stuck long-term

🌈 You want practical tools you can actually use in your day-to-day life

🌈 You’re looking for ways to manage your energy, work, and life in a way that feels more realistic

🌈 You’d benefit from a small, supportive group where you can learn, reflect, and talk things through

Knowledge + Understanding = Acceptence

Navigating your neurodivergence, whether you're ADHD, Autistic, AuDHD, Dyslexic, OCD, etc, can be a completely new experience if you are recently diagnosed (or self-diagnosed which is also valid!!) or it may be something you have lived with for many years but never really truly understood yourself or how it impacts your life. You just know that it does.

This workshop series is your space to step back, make sense of how you work, and understand the patterns that shape your day-to-day life.

Across three practical, interactive workshops, we’ll explore executive functions, the neurodivergent burnout cycle, emotional regulation, rejection sensitivity dysphoria, and so much more.

You’ll learn more about how your brain works and who you are, so you can approach your life with more understanding and compassion.

You’ll also create a toolkit that actually works for you, and we’ll plan together how you can support yourself moving forward in a way that feels realistic.

What it’s like to attend

What to expect

You’ll be part of a small, supportive group (around 10 people), giving you space to properly engage, reflect, and feel heard. The day is a mix of learning, guided exercises, open discussion, and peer support, not just listening, but actively making sense of your own experiences alongside others who get it.

You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of yourself, practical strategies you can use straight away, and a sense of relief that things make more sense. It’s a calm, supportive space to step out of the day-to-day, think more clearly, and start approaching life and work in a way that feels more manageable.

Cosy, Calm and Comfortable Environment

The venue and space are really important to me.

Wimborne Manor includes a lovely open room filled with natural light, a mix of comfy, cosy chairs and sofas, chairs & tables and all the amenities we need.

It's also important to make sure we are inclusive and take into account accessibility and sensory sensititivies. This space is calm and quiet. There are spaces to disappear to if you need a quiet moment plus a lift and is fully accessible.

Hey, I'm Rachel

I’m a Certified Advanced ADHD Coach with an Understanding of Autism, and I live this every day.

I’m AuDHD, dyslexic, and also managing fibromyalgia, so I know first-hand what it’s like to juggle energy, work, life, and identity.

For years, I was driven and capable on the outside, but underneath, I experienced burnout, depression, and eventually chronic fatigue.

When I finally had ADHD coaching, things started to change. I began to understand how my brain actually works, unmask safely, and build a way of living and working that supported my energy rather than fighting against it.

That’s why I created this series.

Because so many people are left figuring this out on their own.

These workshops focus on the things that made the biggest difference for me — understanding executive functions, recognising burnout, and learning how to manage emotions.

When you understand these, something starts to shift. You stop forcing yourself into systems that don’t fit, and start building a way of life that actually works for you.
